Don't stand behind their products: I bought a chair from this store, and about a year later it broke under normal use. I called the store to see if they would exchange it without a receipt and they said they would as long as it was clearly a quality issue. I got to the store with the broken chair but they refused to even look at the chair, and refused to replace it, even though it is clearly a chair that is only available at Pier 1 and they clearly had the same model chair in stock. I am going to corporate to try to get some satisfaction. I would not do business with this store again. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.
