Carbone's Pizzeria

I have been ordering pizza and wings from Carbones for as long as I can remember. The customer service used to be really great; unfortunately it has gone completely down hill!
I was picking up a pizza and wings to bring to my little sisters birthday party and the order was incorrect. I was not upset that it was incorrect I was willing to wait to have the proper order completed, however, when I asked the young lady to have it corrected, she refused to give me what I had originally ordered. She wanted to give me the wrong order that was already made and an additional large pizza. She told me she was not giving me what I had originally ordered and then just stared at me with her ice cold blue eyes. Clearly she needs training in the customer service field- I would highly recommend it if she plans on moving forward in her life.
She was one of the rudest people I have ever endured within the customer service arena.
I will never go back to the Carbones on Dewey Ave. The staff is extremely rude and could care less if they mess up an order.

Excellent pizza, and at a good price. Their Tuesday 9.99 deal is great. Sometimes the sauce is spicier than other days, but overall, we love their pizza and go there at least twice a month. Wish they delivered!!!

Their pizza is good, but some of their people are rude. They would be a five if they were nicer.
