Rude, rude, rude. They don't return voicemails asking for appointments and then post some bitter old hag at the door to prevent people from walking in... I walked in anyways and spent some time looking around only to irritate her. I asked very nice if she could make me an appointment for sometime in the future and then she told me that nothing they carry comes in my size nor can I afford anything they sell. I probably make more in a month than the wrinkled old bag makes all year. I'll take my wedding dress budget (and all the other wedding clothes my party and I are purchasing) someplace else.

I, like seemingly many other reviewers on here and other sites, had a negative experience with Juliana's. My mother and I went in there and were blocked at the door while grilled by a dour older woman as to if we had an appointment. We said we didn't, that we were up the street at another dress shop and wanted to stop in. There was one bride in there waiting for her appointment and that was it, yet we weren't even allowed to browse around. I totally understand honoring the bride who made the appointment, but there were two women working there - the one giving us the third degree and another woman standing there watching. I fail to see how we couldn't be helped with an extra saleswoman. It was a stark contrast to my wonderful experience earlier at Jaqueline's Bridal in Pittsford - the women there treated me like royalty even though I didn't finalize a purchase yet on a dress. Go there instead if you want a great experience dress shopping.
