User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt is sort of disappointing "service experience" when you schedule service for a certain day, after receiving a recall notice, and after getting up an hour early and driving all across town to drop the car off in the morning, you're told "Oh, they didn't call you? We don't have he part, come back later." Thank you Mr. Chiazza at Dorschel Infiniti, I really look forward to doing this all over again!
