My birthday and I had a coupon for 20% off, so we all met at the Chili Ave Perkins. Heard bad reviews about this Perkins, but hey, how bad can it be?!

Bad. The wait was F O R E V E R. First the hostess would come over and apologize. Then the server would come over and apologize. Then another server would come over and apologize. Then the hostess would come back and apologize. Then someone from the kitchen staff would come over and apologize. Geez, wouldn't it be easier just to all work together and make things happen instead of apologizing?

Then the food came. First to just two people in our party. We said go ahead and eat, don't wait for us. After about F O R E V E R, the rest of the meals came out. Okay. Cause a least we know the food it gonna be hot. W R O N G. Sent back several dishes to get warmed up plus asked for replacements on the cold greasy soggy fries.

We didn't bother with desert. Didn't need to - cause half of our party was sick the next day - food poisoning! Can you believe it!

This is definitely one Perkins to stay away from.

The Dinner we had at this Perkins was AWFUL.Part of the dinner was cold and not complete.The wait time was long and the server didn't seem to care.I have been to other Perkins with no problems but this one located on Chili Ave is terrible.This is not the first time.
