User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe were seated promptly and the waitress was at the table within mere minutes. We placed our drink order and they came quickly, we placed our food order and it was a disaster after that. We waited 45 minutes for cold food. The waitress appologized for the service and was quite unprofessional when she told us that they were understaffed and scheduled slow grill staff because they did not anticipate it to be so busy. First of all, that was highly unprofessional and second of all, we don't care what the excuse is, we are paying for service and we aren't getting it.
We were checked out by the host who asked how everything was. We complained about the food and he gave us the same excuse and then furthered that and told us that he is the host and is forced to serve. None the less, he gave us a discount but we won't go there ever again.Aweful, bad, terrible!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe had a very sub-par experience at this IHOP. The host was pleasant and got us seated quickly. However, the meal went downhill from there. The real problem was the service. We had about 45-50 minutes to eat and get out. Didn't happen. Extremely slow, we waited 25 minutes for a very simple meal. The three busboys were loud, brash, and generally disturbing. It's my understanding that you're not supposed to notice the people clearing the plates and other tables. The server didn't bring refills promptly because he didn't check on us once. The salad that comes before the meal came after it. We weren't expecting much from the food and got even less. We had a coupon from our Entertainment book that technically we shouldn't have been to use. But the server never bothered to tell us that either. Luckily the cashier knew a little something about customer service and let it go. The place is affordable, and if you don't mind waiting around for your food and have fairly low expectations you probably won't be disappointed.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsit is good: it is good, the food was excellent, and the quality of it was great. Ya, service could be better, but the food in the end usually makes up for it. I have been there several times and have never had a problem with their food. I do tend to get specialty menue items though.

THis woman is psyco! in every single comment she has made it has been totally wrong and negative! i have gone to 3 out of the 5 places she has commented on, and none of it is true! even check for your self! im posting this on everything just so every one knows how mentally challenged this woman (or man, its hard to tell by the picture) is.
