Best Applebees I have been to! It is very clean, service is great, and food was good.

Not impressed: Ok you're busy..is that a reason not to bring our food out until it's cold? The best service you get at this location is by sitting right at the bar. Waiters in general "appear" to be attentive but fail to provide even the basics sometimes (silverware?). Prices are average and in line with Fridays. The food is good when hot and when your order is right but don't count too much on that and whatever you do don't send it back..or be prepared to wait 45 minutes for it to be fixed and brought back to you so you can eat while the rest of your party has been done for a while...FUN!
Drinks are very good here.

Excellent value and pleace to eat: This particular Applebee's om Chili ave has great service and food.
