User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBy far the worst company I worked for. I got fired for not being consistent with the Parts Mgr's. paperwork. He was using me as though I were his secretary even though the only duties and functions I should've had were to ship and receive the parts for the dealership. Not to mention he tries to stick it to Honda and at the time GM whenever he could. He would claim perfectly good parts with no damage whatsoever as damaged parts and get the credits for them when they somehow fell through the cracks (not of my doing) when they missed the cutoff for being shipped back as DOE's (Dealer Ordered Error). He himself should be fired for always coming in late by a HALF HOUR, and taking 1 or 2 sometimes even 3 and 4 hour lunches, doing personal business on company time, and also for sitting on his a$$ doing nothing most of the day while everyone else did and possibly still does his work for him. Beware people I know from being on the inside that this dealership is bad. Please stay away if you can at all.

I can't wait to get my service manual: I own a 2006 Honda Civic which I purchased in Oct. 2005. In my visits for service since then, I have asked for the service manual and they keep telling me that it's either being printed or it is on the way. As of today which is Aug. 7 2007, I am still waiting for same. Bill Gardner 89 Alpine rd 14612

One of the greatest things about this country is that we have the right to our own opinion and the freedom to express it. Obviously there are more details than in the news reports. I give her a lot of credit for pursuing this and maybe stopping it from happening to someone else. There are many forms of bullyâs out there. Buying a car should not be this difficult.
Automotive Dealer Pleads Guilty to Harassment of a Female Customer! Michael Ralph on behave of Ralph Pontiac Inc. 3939 west Ridge Road in the town of Greece was charged with Assault and Harassment of a female customer. After a confrontation which occurred while she was attempting to pick up her new 2007 Honda Ridgeline on December 30th 2006.The female customer refused to comply with the dealers demand for additional funds for the vehicle over and above the contracted and agreed upon pricing. Due to the confrontation she was taken by ambulance to Unity hospital for treatment and released later the same day. Michael Ralph plead guilty to a plea bargain of harassment in Greece Town Court on September 4th 2007.When he appeared in front of Justice Gino Nitti who had already issued an restraining ordered against Michael Ralph in this matter . Justice Nitti also ordered Michael Ralph to write a letter of apology
