Well i must say I too am disappointed. I took my car in at 8:30am for 3 services(1 tire($90), free brake system check, cooling system check($25)). I hadn't received a call by 2:30 so I called them, they said they just put the car into the garage. I called back at 4:30 and only 1 and a half of the services had been completed(tire and cooling system check).

To add insult to injury their pricing is not flexible. Two of the services recommended were compatable, a flush-n-fill($90) and a thermostat change($142). In order to change the thermostat you have to flush all the coolant out of the engine and radiator, your 1/3 of the way done with a flush-n-fill. And when your done changing the thermostat you have to fill it back up with coolant, the last 1/3 of a flush-n-fill. So because I am getting a thermostat replaced I should only have to pay 1/3 of the Flush-n-fill price. Nope not gonna happen. By the way, the thermostat part only costs $15. I'm gonna change it myself and do the flush-n-fill. I must say when it comes to tire services and oil changes they are ok, but not special. I shockingly get better service from WalMart!

I watched the mechanics goof off alot, instead of working on anyones car. They said it was going to be 1.5hrs. and it actually took 2.5 hrs, and the manager had to come out and tell the people to get to work!
Also, I bought 4 new tires from them. When I called to ask about a tire that was a really good deal, they said that they had them in stock, and that they had a special buy 3 tires get 1 free. (yeah right) When I got to the shop they were magically out of the tire that was a good deal! So I had to pay $20 more for each tire! Not only do you have to send in a rebate (not what they said on the phone), but if you want the rebate you have to by the insurance for $95.00!
I will never go back to them, it was horrible!!!
