This store id hands down the best overall store in Rochester! The animals are well taken care of, cages clean and there is always someone doing active maintenance work. The fish are beautiful, free of disease and the tanks are well done and not overcrowded like in chain stores. I have not seen such healthy fish in a store ever. The staff is the most dedicated and knowledgeable in the area. The only negative comment I can make is the lack of attention and variety of the reptile department. I wouls like to see them work on that so that I can stop going to any other store and keep my shopping to here.

people back in fish area can help guide you threw setting up a tank and or fixing a problem also my kids love it here every one is so nice wont go any were else!!

Great store... the best place to buy fish and supplies in the Rochester area. They work hard to keep their fish healthy and a couple of the employees have years and years of practical experience and will share that knowledge. There is a big huge guy in the fishroom on Saturdays that has brought my fish back from disaster and is way into fish and plants himself - so I won't shop anywhere else.
