User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsdelicious, laid back, and cheap. what else is needed to say about the joint? the food is authentic new york pizza, great homemade doughs both for the pizza, subs, calzones, and sides for the salad. best pizza place in corning, hands down.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe stars I give on the is for the food. Many people will say that the best pizza in town is at Aniello's. I would be a hard sell for me to argue againt it. I admit that being a local I grew up on their pizza and I love it all. Thin ot thick, doesn't matter. They have great salads, especially their antipasto. That being said, I have read other reviews about bad service and I am in agreement. Sometimes the employees are rude, they don't make an effort to make you feel welcome, and although they rarely make a mistake, nothing is done to correct it. One night we placed an order for delivery, we ordered 2 pizza's one thin crust one thick. Poth pizza's came asa a thin crust. I called and told them of the mistake. They told me that is what I ordered and didn't say anything about one being a thick crust. I asked to speak to a manager. I'm not angry or rude I just want them to take back the round thin pizza and give me what I ordered. I was told yet again that I never ordered the thick crust and that they would only replace it if I paid the difference in price. Well at this point I was angry and told him I want my money back and they could take their food back. He refused. I have never had such horrible service. So I ate pizza I didn't want and have not ordered from their in over 3 months. I know I will break down and eat there again, but nothing can excuse that.
