User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was the best Day Spa I have ever been to! If you want to be relaxed I would highly recommend! I have been to a lot of day spas and a lot of places that claim to be day spas and this one should be located in New York City or San Francisco. Nothing compares to it in the upstate area. I will be going back to Interludes for many times to come and wish I had found it sooner.

I have been going to Interludes for 3 years and can only say good about the business. I have bought gift certificates for friends and family and they all have loved going there.
