User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCalled Tags on a Saturday evening to make a reservation for 5 and the person who answered the phone told me they weren't taking reservations. The Bartender is the person whom answered the phone when I called who was very rude. So myself and 4 friends went to Tags and was told there would be a 20 minute wait for a table. When we got our table it took 45 minutes to even get a server to wait on us. No Apology, No Free Drink Offered, No Discount offered. So we placed our order and waited yet another hour to even be told our food was comming right out. We again waited 20 minutes, so we got up and walked out. Not a good Place to eat, or drink. Very Unprofessional, No Experience either with the Service Staff & obviously in the kitchen. I wouldn't send my dog to eat their scraps off the floor.
