User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsUp until today I I had no problem with the Hornell Hair Zoo. But I took my four year old son in today and we were informed by a rude receptonist that we were 10 minutes late, in a very unpleasant manner. We then got a stylist named Susan who was also evidently not happy to be there. She made my son very uncomfortable and actually scared him to the point that we had to leave. How could anyone ever treat an innocent child this way? I will never use or refer them again. If you have children you may consider another place to take them.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I ha e been tanning there for year and will continue to do so because it is very reasonable and you dont have to use your tanning packages up in a month. We would rather use the Hair zoo for thier stand ups are THE GREATEST AND THEIR PRICES can't be beat........
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this place: I always want a haircut at the last minute and I always get in ASAP. The service there is wonderful and the girls are wonderful and kind also. I never have to wait for a cut and my appointment is always on time.
