I am impressed by their excellent service, knowledge of what they sell and repair, and the quality of their work and merchandise. They are a treasure!

These people are great: They know what it takes to run a successful business (product knowledge, excellent service, and a positive, smiling outlook. I have bought several items, boots, shoes, etc. from Cobbler's Cottage after first learning of them where I work. Being disappointed with poor quality shoes from other sources, I decided to give them a try. The result is that I will keep going back whenever I need anything related to footwear. Their prices are reasonable; their service and knowledge are impeccable.
