worst holiday inn i have ever been in. had 30 day stay there on business here are some of the events that took place: lost laundry, had to renew door key every 2 days, every weekly invoice was incorrect in one way or another, room rate changed constantly even though i had online confirmation printed out therefore had to constantly make corrections, front desk mgr does not know how to invoice it took someone in housekeeping to figure it out, couldnt get anybody to call you back i always had to pursue them on issues, couldnt get dinner served in restaurant one nite due to a wedding earlier in the day. they were too busy with party guest and apparently cant multi task. we were not the only people to leave. 1 week after my stay my credit card was billed $550 for the next person that stayed in the room. it may be a good place to stay for one nite but... long term.....unlucky you, youve been warned!
