User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIt is the only place in the area that I would shop for pets, the store is clean and the animals are healthy. As far as I'm concerned those are the important things.

there worker with wheird or so called whatever is so rude and thinks she knows every thing i have lost 3 pets to her so called knowledged spent over 500.00 dollars what a joke she justs laughs it off

I have been to this pet shop many times. It is clean as compaired to other pet shops. But the one person they have working there is quite rude. She doesn't seem to even like herself let alone working there. She was very rude! My son had bought a puppy there and said he dealt with the same person and would not go back there for that reason. Great pet shop but they need to hire someone that likes animals and talking with people.

I would say if you lost 3 pets, that would be due to your lack of KNOWLEDGE (NOTE THE SPELLING). Before getting a pet, you should find out all the pets needs and things that can be deadly to the pet. People can talk to others until their blue in the face but when it goes in one ear and out the other there is nothing one can do!
