It's All About The Money: This isn't a dance school, it's a money machine. If you're not in the "in" crowd or on the competition team or take a lot of classes you're not treated nice. The more classes you take the nicer they are to you. The office person is not nice. Classes are not structured. Not a fun place to be.

By far this is one of the more family friendly dance studios. They welcome everyone and anyone who comes thru their front doors. You are completely mistaken about this dance studio only being in it for the money. I have never met so many dedicated dance instructors whose primary interest is the children. They get to know each of their dance students. I have also never known a dance studio as this who work with people who with this economic heart ache to allow their children to continue with something they love to do. I am sorry that that was your impression. You are completely wrong about this dance studio.

First Impression: I am a young dancer just starting my carrer. I had several questions so I called the Elmira Heights Studio for Answers. The lady on the phone was really helpful and if she couldn't answer a question she told me to write it down and bring it to registeration for one of the instructors to answer. Well, I went to the recent Open House event to register and the people there were really nice. They gave me the best possible times and classes I could be in. They gave me my handbook, a coupon for the dance shoppe located in the studio, and 3 chocolates for me and my family. Then I went to the Dance Shoppe to get a fitting for my shoes. My soon to be Instructor helped me try shoes and got the ones that fit best. They ordered them in so they will Arrive in time for my first class. I was very pleased and the staff was really nice.
