    This place is sooo much fun. My wife and I go here often and when we have friends visiting and we want to go casual we go to Classic Cafe. The food, service, decor and price is right. The best Cafe we have found in Elmira.

    We love it: We have never had a bad meal there. We go for fridays fishfry. We have also had thier meatloaf and desserts. All of it was great. They get very busy on Friday's, so go before 5. They have live music on Friday's.

    You're better off elsewhere: Although this resturant is wonderfully decorated according to a 50s theme, the food ranges from bad to mediocre. Salads are small and not very good. Service is lacking in attentiveness and knowledge of items. I have tried this resturant three times over the past few years and I have been consistantly disappointed.

    The atmosphere is great, they just need to get some tasty items in there, and it would be a place to reccomend.
