Don't Be Timid: I knew what I wanted to pay, what my trades were worth, and what I was willing to walk away from. They like to haggle, so if you're not up for it, don't go to this dealership. However, they want to sell cars and if you make it clear to them that you know what you're doing and that you're not playing the game, you'll get to the bottom line much quicker. Since the sale, they've been excellent about taking care of the extra details to make the car perfect. They're good folks there at Preston. I'd do business there again anytime.

Don't buy a car yourself: I wanted to buy a knew car or truck a year ago. I went to Prestons Jeep on rt. 19 in Cranberry... Some how the salesmen sold me a 2000 Malibu. I told him no that is not what I wanted but some how I drve it off the lot.... I called them less than 24hrs later and said I wanted to bring it back They told me no and I could get a lawyer It was mine I drve it off the lot. I cryed so hard for weeks. I still had to goback and sign papers I broke down there the salesmen thought I was having a breake down I cryed so hard there I could'nt talk. I'm not a young person middle aged women. never bought a car before by myself ,never had the money. My kids are grown up now im a widow. and all I ever wanted was a convertable now it will never happen .. He sold the car to me so over priced I couldn't refinance..I am hurt and shocked companys this big have to rip off people.. thank you. for letting me tell someone ,,
