Carols staff could be friendlier on the phone. But the cakes are soooooooo good-

Good value: wish customer service was better
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThink twice....: I went to Carol because so many people sang her praises about how great her cakes looked and tasted. I gave her specific ideas for what I wanted my cake to look like. On my wedding day when I looked at the cake I was very sad. She had ignored the style designs that were requested (heck, we even said no pink and ther thing was COVERED in pink flowers.) When we asked her about it she specifically said "no one told me not to". She is ignorant and inconsiderate. We paid so much to get a beautiful cake and all we got was what really looked like nothing more then a stacked birthday cake. The inside wasn't made the was we instructed. She skimped on the gorumet filling and put it only on the smallest tier (again NOT what we asked for).
I'd advise anyone that actually cares about their wedding cake to think twice before going to Carol.

it was pink flowers so what? my cake was beautiful and ur the only person out of all the comments who had something bad to say about everything so don't tell people they shouldn't go there u should have went in the day before the wedding or a few days before to make sure the cake was what u wanted...im sorry
