They misdeliver garments and expect customers to sort it out on their own. Last fall it was two garments belonging to another customer for which I was billed $23. I took the garments to her and months later had to call to get the $23 credited to me. Today I found a different customer's blouse in a batch of my husband's shirts that had been delivered last week. When I called OWL they could not have been less concerned. My old cleaner in my former town would have sent someone out within the hour, but they knew about customer service. The guy from OWL actually suggested that I take it to their plant for them or leave it out for their guy to pick up in two days and then who know when the other customer would get her blouse. I called her and she picked it up. She said she was missing more than this blouse. Bottom line is that they are unable to hire people who have a sense of urgency and they fail to impress upon employees that they are in a service industry which means when you make a mistake you go out of your way to correct it immediately.
This Owl isn't so wise: They do a decent job on shirts but are WAY too expesnive compared to other cleaners, lose itmes, and slow to get orders done. They frequently miss due dates which is a real bad thing for us business travelers. STAY AWAY from this place---they stink!!!
