DO NOT frustrate yourself with the service provided by the Wright Pontiac. My mother-in-law took the car in for a minor repair that occurred when she drove into a mailbox. On Tuesday October 21, 2008 took her car in to be repaired. They were suppose to have the car completed by Friday. I, myself, thought this was ridiculous. She didn't get it back yet. Today is October 29th and it is still not ready!!!! They were rude to her on the phone and acted as if she was an incompetent old lady. When she called today, they told her the paint was drying and it will be dry tomorrow. HOWEVER, she was not to come in until they called. The manager said that they had many people out sick. What bs. Don't go here unless you can afford to do without your car.
