To balance the first gentleman's review, I must say that I had several positive experiences with this company. Yes, they paid by the job...but in my case this was a great idea....as they ran into unforeseen difficulties. It took three times as long as it would have without the problems....so I came out ahead. If I had paid by the hour...it would have been more expensive. The young man that came to my house the first three times was honest, reliable, knowledgeable and sincere. I really liked him and trusted him. Unfortunately, he left the company and I did not like the other fellow they sent out. This company overworks the good ones until they go elsewhere. Such a shame. However, I think they are adequate for minor jobs that may require a little tweaking. I feel that paying by the job is great for older homes. At least, they don't charge for the time to load their truck and drive to your house as many do.

Don't be fooled by the name, this was most expensive plumbing service and least professional. I am a homeowner and own rental property, I have used other companies in the past that had reasonable rates and regret using this company for minor plumbing work. This company charges by the job and not by the hour, minus cost of materials I was charged $550. for two hours of work. If I didn't have the work done, I would have been charged $89.00 to tell me what I already knew what needed to be repaired. Also the work was not done properly and I had to have the plumber redo the work. Hopefully reading this review may help you to not get fooled by the name.
