It is a father/son outfit. Both are named Joe. I took my car in on Tuesday, and when I called to check the status after two days, I was lied to. I was told Joe was working on it, calling around for estimates. THEY WERE LIES. Always told that I would be called back later that day with an estimate. That never materialized. So on the 4th day, a Friday, I told them I wanted the car back. The car was never touched.
I dont get what kinda game they are playing by lying like that. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

I've been going to this shop for many years. It's very hard to find a shop that treats you right and doesn't try to rip you off because you're a woman. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been ripped off and have ALWAYS been totally satisfied. You do have to make an appointment and you usually do have to call them later to find out about your car because they are so busy all the time. I rate them A++++++++++++++++++++++++++
