I would NEVER go back: I took my 1997 Plymouth Voyager there as I had some transmission issues and they said I needed a new transmission. So I opted to have a new one put in, well after a week of waiting I got a call saying my van was done. Upon arriving at the dealership I picked up my van and not even made it out the lot I knew something was wrong, it was shifting funny and that wasnt even the issue i had in the first place. I took it immediatly back in and they said "Wow you must really be rough on this van". Insulted me already. So I made them work on it again and finally fixed it after 3 more days and would you believe they had enough nerve to charge me another $300.00 dollars? Well I will never buy or have my vehicles serviced there ever again!!

car won"t start: I have had my car out there 7 times for the same problem . They just don"t get it. It was towed 3 times. I still am having the same problem. The car will not start. They do not know how to repair cars. Every time I have taken my car out there, I have had to take it back 2 to 3 time. Apparently their service tech. do not know how to solve the problem. I would never buy another car from them or would I have it serviced there. I am very displeased. They should be reportef to the BBB. Consumer affairs.
