We are in the procees of remodeling our 75 year old home and tend to travel to this location alot, only to be disappointed EVERY time. I tell my husband to go to Lowe's in Wash., Pa. to get anything. The customer service at this Home Depot is awfull, the selection of merchandise is awfull, the whole experience is AWFULL!!!! Hopefully someone from upper-management or store management will read this and try to fix things. From now on we will be going to Lowe's in Bethel Park. Unfortunately, this Home Depot is kind of like going to Wal-Mart, you go there hoping to find a quality, within budget, piece of something and you leave with an empty wallet, a cart full of junk, and nothing that you were looking for.
I have stopped going to this store. For example, last week I went to pick up a 5 gallon bucket of premium driveway sealer as (naturally) we ran out in the middle of the job. They did not stock the brand I bought out at the West Mifflin location. I end up going to Collier/Bridgeville and they had a whole palette of the premium sealer. This has happened to me time and time again. I go looking for a product that other Home Depots have and I come up short at the Bethel Park store. Unless you need something that someone else told you is *definitely* at the Oxford Drive store, I recommend going to a different store. When Lowes opens up on Baptist Road in the 2006/2007 time frame, they will likely put this store out of business.
