Never had a problem with them until my car I purchased broke down. Took them 10-11 days to fix it under warranty, and would only pay for 1 day on a rental car. They wouldn't return any of my phone calls or assists my with the car rental until after contacted GM and filed a complaint against them. After that they went and paid for the full 11 days for the rental car. Avoid this place at all costs!
