longest lines, unhelpfull employees, i had to buy a entertainment center so i asked the girl in electronics to see she could had someone bring a dolly cart and had to wait 25 minutes so i called the store from my phone so i did not leave in case the dolly cart showed up. They never showed up and the girl i told her to call again and she just stood there and so then i seen a tv well it was a large one on high shelf and she called for someone to get it... again nobody so my mom got them steps and the girl yelled at my mom to get off the steps and she said since you cant assist or get anyone i am doing it myself and she ended up actually pushing the tv entire way to front and the manager would not give any discount after they did not show both times and so i talked to the owner of the particular store and he gave me 75 dollar credit and apologized. I just went back to get a router for my wii and asked the kid in electronics which one would work for the wii the best he had no clue and said they are not trained in products
Now Come On: I have never been to a store and had to wait so long to check out. This is ridiculous. They have 33 registers, but never have 33 people working them when obviously it is definitely needed.

P S. On one occasion, I called the Bethel Park Wal-Mart to ask if they had a Fellowes Confetti paper shredder. The employee was more than willing to go to the stationery dept, searched and did, in fact, come back to the phone and told me that they did have one. This is rare, believe me. I wish I had gotten her name, called the store manager to tell him what a valued employee they had in her.
