I was a huge fan of this pizza place. We ordered from here alot, @ once a week. This last time my pizza was overcooked, appeared as it had been sitting for awhile before being delivered, the cheese on top was brown/black from being overcooked, and it was hard. I called to complain to see if we can get a replacement and was told that I'd have to wait atleast an hour or they can give me a 25% discount off my next purchase. I was not happy with that considering the pizza was so bad we threw it out and had nothing to show for what we paid. After that experience, I will not order from them again. Apparently, they don't care about the quality of their food or their customers. I gave them 2 stars because of that reason.
