I will never ever buy a Dodge again. We had to rent a car three times while our van was in for repair. They could not find the reason why the van would stall during the drive to and from any destination. They said that unless it happened to them while they had the service people in the van then we were out of luck. I video'ed one of the times and gave them a cd and I don't even think that they viewed it because they looked unimpressed at the information. This problem with the van had been going on for over one year and we had to do something right away to fix the situation before a bad accident had happened. Well a very long story shortened, is that they did not find the problem and it cost me more
than 1,000 dollars in unneeded procedures and rentals. I took the van to a friend of a friend mechanic that had this situation happen in the past and he hit the computer with a screw driver and the engine stalled. He said more and likely the you need a computer and replaced it and the van has not had any problems since.
My wife just recently went out to Dodge to get a front end adjustment and the head mechanic said Mrs .......? What do you want now? Well she felt like he was very unprofessional and crude in his actions towards her and told me. This motivated me to write this and let others know how nice you will be treated at the Monroeville Dodge Service Department.
Oh, in addition to getting evaluated for a the front end check they said the she would need to spend over 1,000 dollars to repair what they said needed done. That we are in need of new bushings, meanwhile my private mechanic lubes the bushings every three years.
I would never buy anything from this location and will never take the van out there again and I am sure that they will just as happy if I didn't. What a con job.

I have been trying to get some help from them for weeks now. No one returns my calls and the service I have had there is awful. Once they make the sale, they don't seem to care about you anymore. I have had problems with the power features and my brakes with it just being a brand new truck! I do not recommend buying from here OR using their service center. It was a huge mistake to buy a Dodge and I am stuck with it.

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
My wife took our 1 ton diesel in for a check engine light - turns out there was a recall regarding that issue so they reprogrammed the ECU. But then they proceeded to tell her that the oil was dirty and that it needed to be changed. They wanted to show her an oil sample so she could see that the oil was black. I had changed the oil the weekend before and it MAY have had 100 miles on it. It's normal for diesel engines to have black oil shortly after an oil change - that's why diesel engine oil is different than other motor oils. She refused the oil change, but when she picked up the vehicle there was an oil change sticker on the windshield. She called back to ask if they had changed the oil, and they said no. Then, after the THIRD time asking they admitted they had drained the oil and put new oil back in it (not to mention the fact that they drained my superior Rotella oil and put in cheaper grade Pennzoil). They played her for a fool, and they were all set to have her pay for the oil change - luckily she caught on to their game in time. TOTAL DISHONESTY at this dealership - I wouldn't let them work on my wheelbarrow! Caveat emptor!
