User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe purchased a smoked ham for Christmas and were extrememly pleased with it. The meat was lean and had an excellent flavor. The ham wasn't salty like store-bought hams. We will definitely make this part of our future holiday traditions!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsbest kielbasa: quality home made kielbasa is getting hard to find. many of the "old timers" who i had bought off over the years are either gone or too old to make it anymore. this past christmas i tried some of fosters at the urging of a friend...i tried it and will say it is excellent, made with plenty of garlic. the sausage is made and smoked on the premises. i have tried others, but they don't cut the mustrard. they will also make it in slovenian style links around the holidays...i give it a "double yoy"...try it.
