User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi love #1 they are the best i got my car in no time the man who sold me my car was not annoying let me think for myself and did not pressure me he was the nicest guy he got me exactly wanted i wanted in payments and payment time they were wonderful i was very impressed by them you should definitly go there to buy your car
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI LOVED #1 Cochran!!! I bought three cars on one day because I was so impressed by #1 Cochran. Also, I loved their cafe there, and the rooms they had for kids. Another thing I love about #1 Cochran is their commericials! And Rob Cochran seems like a really nice guy! So don't go to "Day Automotive" or "Rohrich." Go to #1 Cochran!!!

I purchased a Grand Am, it took them forever to do the paper work, they screwed it all up for the warranty but I was unaware of that until we had to take it in for service. Since the paper work was screwed up they were not going to fix it, they then after 4 days (keeping the car the entire time) they finally fixed the problem with the paper work but made us pay for the rental. After me throwing a fit they decided to pay for the rental. The car still had the problem when I brought it back in for service refused to fix it at their cost stating that it was not the intake gasket that was leaking it was the upper radiator hose. He said it was brought in for the intake gasket so they will not fix it. I stated it was brought in because it was leaking coolant they decided what the problem was and fixed that. Obviously that was not the problem or not the only problem. He stated there was no manager for me to speak to he was the only one in the shop. I called later, spoke with an assistant manager and he stated my warranty didn't cover that (different response than the last guy) and he had no idea who I was and could not have looked up my warranty. My sister had nothing but problems. I will never return again!
They made a deal they would pay 1/2 towards the repair which he stated was going to cost $150.00 so I would pay $75.00. I called other dealers and the part was $14.44 and the labor is only $35.00. He said he is sticking to the $150.00 or I can just come pick up my car. Next stop the BBB!
