I used this auto body shop for an insurance claim and they fixed the wrong part of my car. No big deal at first, but then they started to insult me by saying it wasn't their fault but the paper work clearly stated what needed fixed. Then they insulted my girlfriend and said it was her fault for pointing at the wrong part but it is not her car, she did not point anything out, and that is a stupid excuse. They did not take any responsibility for their mistake until the insurance company said they would pay for the mistake. I took my car elsewhere for the correct repairs.

Terrible service. They got my car in and out fast. It took maybe 2 weeks. I guess there was a big rush to get the check cashed. The headlight wasn't realigned the wheel they put on the car was the wrong one. My windshield squirter's just turn on at random times. The man in charge down there doesn't have a clue what is going on down there. I have taken my car back 3 times. They just keep telling me that they sent the wrong wheel and they have to talk to the dealer about my squirter problem. If you have a newer car that you want fixed properly don't take it to them, because they don't have a clue. It has been 2 months since they cashed the insurance check and I am still trying to get the right color wheel on my car. I don't want to go through the whole court headache process. I just learned a tough lesson.

Hack it out as soon as possible.......

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and that does include comcast. They did an "ok" job on my vehicle , but had it for over two weeks even though all that needed replaced was a front bumper. They also, continuously told me that the car would be ready either later that day or the next and when I would call back they would give me the same explanation. If you have a lot of time on your hands to be jerked around by a secretary that obviously has no idea about what she is doing then this is the place for you. Otherwise I would suggest going somewhere else.
