User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYou have to go to locals for fun and laughs. Best tiny local bar that I know of. Drink prices are the lowest in Pittsburgh that I have seen. Drawbacks: tiny bathrooms down a flight of steps, parking, and bar size. Park where you can and walk. Have a laugh (or laugh at) all the various characters that wander in. Does have a pool table and a jukebox and some seats. If you like small local fun bars Local's is for you. They did offer a food menu the last time I was in. This is like a "bar in your living room with the bathroom down the steps".
