User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWell done. The staff in the cardiology department stress lab abd cath lab are to be commended. Dr Golati is the best cardiologist that you could ever have the good fortune of tkaing care of you. Good job in the Outpatient observation unit

My husband was recently a patient at St. Margaret's and to say that his care was satisfactory would be a long shot. I had to ask for his room to be cleaned, the main response I got from the nurses were "I'm not his nurse". My idea of cleaning a patient up is not to wipe his bottom with a baby wipe and walk out. My main complaint is the hygene care that was provided. My husband was not able to do anything for himself and was really sick. He couldn't even talk to let them know if he was in pain. I asked why he wasn't being shaved and was told it was because he was on a blood thinner, so I purchased an electric razor and shaved him myself. We weren't from Pittsburgh, so therefore in a strange hospital and didn't know what was allowed for a patient's family to do. For all of you who got the care you needed, I'm happy for you.

If you are sick this is where you want to be. Thank you 4th floor Nurses and Staff for the excellent,compassionate and professional care! Every effort was made by the entire staff to ensure the highest level of care.
