    Stayed Nov, 2008 and was very pleasantly surprised. Very friendly, helpful staff. We will stay again this spring.

    We reserved a room for 2 nights and was told that our room was a refurbished room. My husband and 5 year old daughter checked in at 11:30 at night, unfortunately. When we opened the door to the room, it was unbearably hot and I couldn't find a light switch. The sofa bed that my daughter had to sleep in was broken. The bathroom was a wreck! The sink had a piece missing. The door scraped on the floor. The door couldn't close all the way and it had no latch or lock. The shower curtain rod was loose on the wall. The toilet was not secured to the floor and the lid wouldn't stay open for my husband. Sometime around 4:30 in the morning people checked into the room across from us and were screaming and obviously drunk. That went on until 6:30 even though I called the front desk. We got up at 7 am and checked out. The room price was $140. We went to the Radisson a few miles away and got a lovely room for under $100. After complaining, the manager gave us a full refund. I called AAA and suggested that they might want to take away their AAA rating.

    First time and wont be my last LOVE IT!!: Stayed at the Comfort Inn 7/20/07. Enjoyed everything!! Rooms were very clean,everything need was there. All personal was were curtious and very friendly.I will be staying at the Comfort Inn again Thanks for everything Comfort Inn!!!!
