completely ruined a new pair of my pants. Had them hemmed and they burn the left pant leg on the hem line. The manager told me that she would send the pants to the main store and have them see what they could do. She said she would call me as soon as they came back in, and didn't. I had to call 2 weeks later (after i brought them back) and was told the seamstress didn't press pants. Meanwhile, when I brought them in, the manager immediately took them over and showed the seamstress the pants and had to remind her about heat. Upon calling after over 2 weeks, I was told that no machine in the building could burn a pair of pants like that. She asked me if I ironed them at home, even thought I brought them in the day after I bought them because they were too long. There were too many things not fitting together with the story. They offered a store credit, but I will NEVER go back, nor recommend them to anyone I know.

Ruined a tie. The tie was returned with the stain bleached-out and the fabric was damaged in the process. Orders are on ocassion incomplete. When an item is lost (or still not ready, two weeks later) the clerks say things like "sometimes it takes us a while to locate a missing item", "you didn't bring that item in with this order", "the dry cleaning machine was broken-down." Do not take large orders to this cleaners; something will always either not be ready or lost.
