As the law states you are innocent till proven guility and it is up to the state to prove your guilt regardless of the charge. The state must submit the evidence that supports the charges of guilt. He is a lawyer that upholds that constitutional right whether you are really guility or not. You can confide in him and trust he will represent you to the best of his abilities for your case " which are well above your average criminal defence attornyes"
He is not a judge, he does not judge your case, he simple fights to win your case with the what you give him and what evidence is against you on your charges. He is a very busy attorney and case load consume him at times and you may have postponment but don't be discourged you are in good hands.
