User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood Happy Hour: If you are Vietnamese its hard not to notice the "Happy Hour Party" at Dejavu while picking up groceries at The Asian Food Mart or "Banh Mi" at My Ngoc Restraunt located on the same block as Dejavu on Penn Avenue. The valet parking attendent at Dejavu has even allowed me a couple of times to leave my car in front of Dejavu while I run my grocery errands in the Strip which I have on many occasions return the favor by stopping in for a drink before I head back home to my family.
