It is a really nice place. I'm SO glad I found it. The building is very well maintained and clean. The rents are under-market considering how beautifully the units have been remodeled. The other tenants are mostly older and quiet. It has a peaceful setting, even though it's located in the center of Brentwood. Less than a block from major bus lines. And they have private garages available for rent, too. The owners keep it landscaped in summer and put up Holiday decorations in winter - a real family operation. I couldn't be happier and won't leave 'till they carry me out!
