Can't stop going here! Variety is wonderful. One night you can go in an get a pizza and the next get an amazing plate of pasta and wine! Pasta dishes are SLIGHTLY more expensive then they should be in my opinion, but in life you generally get what you pay for, so I still give them 5 stars! Soups / salads are a great starter... very fresh salads with what appear to be homemade dressings. I highly recommend the Penne DiPetro if you are looking for a great pasta dish. I have also found the staff has no problem cooking to order.

Di Pietro's is Divine: They start with the best high gluetin flour, and take it from there. Their pizza dough is made in house, from scratch. They make their own sauce too. I watched one of the chefs make the sause from fresh whole tomatos. The other ingredients are fresh cut every day. You'll never find anything frozen topping their pizza.
They hand make each pizza. If you stand outside the window of the restaurant, you can watch the whole process. It's an amazing show of fine cooking, and dough twirling.
The taste is absolutly divine. The crust is thin, crispy, and the toppings are cut to a size that keeps them flavorful.
If you like thick cut pizza, their Sicillian Pizza is a wonderful square cut version of their round pizza, only thick and rich in texture and flavor.
there's more to Di Pietro's than just pizza, they have a good menu of fine Italian cuisine. The service in the dining room is on par with the best restaurants in the North Hills area. The atmosphere is congenial, the service attentive, and the food is wonderful. Di Pietro's has a very nice selection of desserts that are excellent with either a dessert wine, or with their very well made coffee.
