I called to make arrangements to get my car out, and Diane kept yelling at me. I finally asked why she was being rude when I was not rude to her, and she continued to scream at me. She yelled about how it's my responsibility to pick up the phone and call her. I pointed out that I did pick up the phone and call her, which is why I was talking to her. I asked her name, and she rudely informed me she was the owner of the company. I let her know that I would be speaking to several people about her unprofessional manner and bad attitude, to which she yelled at me and hung up. I can't believe someone would act in such an unprofessional and rude manner, especially the owner of a company. Not to mention they are charging $30 a day for Friday night when they picked up the car around 9p, for the fourth of July, and for Sunday as well. I certainly would never use this tow company.
