    When I lived in Monroeville I used to go there at least twice a week. Great Food, Great Bartenders, and friendly clientle....Stuffed peppers are the best and the hamburger is to die for. Now if they would only move to Florida. My significant other still goes on Friday's for the fish sandwich, say hello to "tall Pat" if you see him.

    This bar is a classic like no other. We love it! Carl's is what keeps the ppl that work at Penn Center East Sane! Check out their famous Boo Koo and patron spritzer!
