User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsClean and Quick: What do you want from a dry cleaner? You want your clothes back in one piece, cleaned thoroughly, pressed, and you want them back as soon as possible. Hallmark delivers on all counts. They usually have coupons in one of the two coupon "magazines" we get mailed to us. Turn in 2-3 suits and a pair of slacks and you're up over the required $25 to get a discount from the coupon. Never have had a bad experience so far (as of December 2005)

Well, unfortunately things have changed for the worse at Hallmark Cleaners since my husband posted this review four years ago! We have had to return two of the last four items of clothing that we had cleaned because they were covered in lint and looked dirty. This included a black suit and a full-length black wool coat (both very expensive items to clean). I actually suspect that these items are not even being cleaned, just hung and bagged. That's how bad they looked! Truthfully, if the items don't show lint and dirt, how would you even know? Since they refused to give a refund, I left the coat to be re cleaned but that is absolutely my last visit to Hallmark Cleaners. I also have an issue with their customer service; although they did not charge me for cleaning the items again, they also never apologized either time for their company's mistakes, the first lesson of customer service. Smile...never! I regret having to add this negative review but I sense that Hallmark Cleaners is experiencing a problem either with machinery or staff issues. Either way, hopefully they will resolve them soon. Too late for me, however.
