User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took a friend to this dealership because he was interested in a 2010 Toyota Prius. We had a great sales person who answered every question we had. I wish i could say more about the management at the dealership who refused to assist us in purchasing the vehicle. He was approved through toyota financial and was awaiting the specific trim level to arrive at the dealership. The General Manager (carlos) said we were just there to waste time were not really interested in actually buying a car. Ive never been turned away for such a rediculous reason. Sadly the salesperson called and he told us to go elsewhere. Which again, has never happened to me. The next week, he bought a new 2010 Escape hybrid. I would like to know when dealerships all of a sudden decided to be picky about selling a car. Isnt that what your in the business for? Trying to make a sale whenever possible? I wish i could recommend our sales person but i cant due to the fact that i wont give one ounce of my business nor refer anyone to this dealership.

I was severely disappointed in this dealership. I even tried to give them a second chance by returning the next day. I knew what I wanted, and the salesman was really rude about the time he thought I was going to give him. Toyota is still 1 of my 2 choices but I will not be buying one at this dealership.

Amazing dealership, salesman was a great guy. The service department is awesome for just about any maintenance you need and they respect me (a young woman) whereas many previous dealerships I tried showed obvious disrespect. I would definately recommend North Hills Toyota to everyone!
