Blockbuster Video North Hills

I'm sure that working at Blockbuster is not a very high paying job, does not require a lot of education or skill, but it does require interface with the public and a certain amount of manners and polish. That said, I visited this store on 5/17/08 and there were two employees behind the counter, one middle aged, one young. The youngster was processing my order and doing his best as he knew and the older guy starting berating him, saying "This is getting out of hand." Then a customer approched the older guy and asked for access to the locked bathroom and he responded, "You are going to have to wait." I felt bad for the young guy, I have been new at jobs before and you do your best but training always misses something. And the response to the customer was out of line. I would be ashamed to be this guy's employer. You need to stay pleasant and multitask in a job like this. This guy is out of his element.
