    I had a very good experience purchasing a used CR-V. I came in loaded for bear as my last used car buy was a nightmare (Century III Chevrolet), but I was treated fairly, respectfully, and in plain english. Some of the things we were most impressed with:

    -My wife and I were allowed to test-drive without the dealer for as long as we wanted.
    -No hard sell or paper filled with numbers. When I told them I was interested in the car, they gave me a slip with what they wanted for it, what we could get on our trade, and what our final cost would be. That's it. No need to haggle.
    -Very reasonable pricing.
    -no problems fixing details, and when they couldn't fix them (cracked spare cover) they let us know.

    I have recommended and will continue to recommend.
