    My favorite Chinese restaurant in Pittsburgh: You really must try their scallion pancakes - an appetizer that I've only seen on their menu. Some Chinese food can be pretty greasy, but not the Empress. The flavor of the food is not obscured by any heavy sauces. Rather, the sauces enhance every dish.
