I took my car in to get inspected and they wrecked it! Their only defense was it was a 73 year old man driving my car. They didnt even get a police report. They agreed to fix it but thats about all.Now when someone pulls my carfax its gonna come up WRECKED! Don't waste your time here go to West Hills Nissan.

This Dealership's Internet Sales will mislead you into believing you have a deal only to get you into their office. Recently submitted an on-line offer for a vehicle stating my trade in , my existing payoff, and an out the door price. This Dealership accepted my offer out the door price and set up a pick up day. I loaded up my family (including children of 3yr and 8months) and headed down to the dealership to pick up my this new vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle being purchased was not ready as agreed on and the salesman who made the deal was switched out with another. We took a test ride switching car seats to make certain they would fit, however, we couldn't go far as there was no gas in the new vehicle even though they were expecting me to pick this up and take home. Once we sat down to sign off on the deal, I was told that an additional $1,700 was required to close the deal agreed on because they were not making enough on my trade in to make the deal economic for the dealer. This was after I had already made Loan arrangements on the agreed amount. This was totally a Scam and I will make the Better Business aware of my encounters with this service. Needless to say , I walked away from this deal, however, I lost a valuable Saturday with my family who also had to sit through this wasted effort to manipulate and take advantage of customers seeking to avoid the typical car buying process. I added this same review yesterday so be aware someone can erase these, but hopefully not before you read this.
